You need to do a FBC blood test and a blood glucose test ASAP and further tests depending on your clinical features and circumstances. The doctor would be able to guide you to the correct investigations. If I were to guess, I would say this is due to blood glucose fluctuations or perhaps diabetis, but it could be dozen other things. It's suspicious and could be dangerous so you better consult a doctor ASAP and start investigating and getting to the bottom of this.

I understand your symptoms as I have dealt with them as well!
Of course the best thing To do is take it up with your doctor. I can try and offer some insight as well.
First, how is your diet? Are you eating big meals, small meals, fasting at all?
It happened to me when I would go too long without eating anything, then evenetually i would get so hungry and eat a meal and feel horrible. I am actually still being tested for type 2 diabetetes. My dr things it's not but mentioned it could be fluctuations in blood sugar due to irregular eating habits. I would mention that to your dr.
Meanwhile.. make sure that if you are eating carbs to add a protein so it balances out a bit. Eating a snack or something that's consists just of carbohydrates is bad for the blood sugar.
Also I would limit refined carbs and eat more sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, and starchy veggies like cauliflour and carrots. And beets! Super good for blood sugar.
Also lately I have been adding cinnamon to my breakfast and it seems to help.
Anyway a smart dr once told me that every single health issue begins with the diet. I'm starting to agree! (Even anxiety) I used to get bad panic attacks until I cut out gluten. Bang. Problem solved.
Hope it helps a bit!

Well, it is hard to say.  Different things can cause this and having anything chronic can increase the odds of other things happening. Anxiety can cause all of this by the way. So, you need to see a doctor and go over your symptoms.  They'll perhaps run some tests but mostly will talk to you and try to come to a reason for the root cause of this.  Let us know what the doctor says.
