Help please overactive thyroid

Help please - Overactive Thyroid
Hellotherehey
I have recently had my third child.
I am 6.5 months post partum and I have gone from 98kg to 78kg.
I wasn't dieting or anything, it just kept falling off. After going to the doctor, I have been tested and I have overactive thyroids. The doctor said it should clear up on its own, and I don't need medicine? Is this right? I don't know much about this. Will I gain the weight back? Would the weight loss definitely be from the OT? Other symptoms I have are-
I will tick what I've been tested for and given the all clear.

Enlarged lymph node ✔️
Night sweats ✔️
Nausea ✔️
panic attacks ✔️
Anxiety ✔️
Paranoia ✔️
Vision loss ✔️
Memory loss ✔️
Shaking ✔️
Fevers ✔️
Slow heart beat ✔️
Irritability ✔️
Vomiting ✔️
Migraines near lymph node ✔️
Confusion ✔️
Feeling like I'm about to die ✔️

And more.... We went through everything. Blood tests etc for cancer, and other diseases. It came back all clear. I had the mirena in, but ripped it out because it was affecting me by acting like I was continuously contracting as though I was in labour.
Should I be going back to the doctor? Or should I trust the results that its nothing?
Is this how overactive thyroids should affect me? Thanks everyone

Oh. I also take ONE dose of codeine if I get a migraine or the pain gets severe. I never take more than one dose a day (sometimes I don't even need it.) and I have never gone over the recommended dose. Can I overdose? Every time I take it, I feel like death is at my doorstep. I feel like I'm genuinely about to die. Like really, about to die. My vision blurs, I feel sick. Etc:. But unless I do take something, the pain I'm in is horrendous.

how many mgs of codeine are you taking? How long have you been taking them? It could be possible your body has not got use to yourself taking codeine or your body cannot metabolise codeine (all pain relief breaks down into morphine).
My body cannot metabolise codeine, (some people are like this.  Yet I and other's have no adverse reactions from being prescribed morphine etc.. (
Speak to your dr about this. They may reccommend you take a lower dose or cease it and try something else.

Hi SarahOz,

10mg. I was scared to take more in case I became too drowsy and couldn't look after the kids. I had the pain before I ever started taking codeine. I only started taking it because of the pain.
