I have swelling along both sides of my nose. There is no pain or redness.

I've had this for about 4 years. Dr. says to use Flonase daily, so just started it. I think it might be from sinus but I have no symptoms.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums.  Thank you for your question.  We are glad you are working with your doctor as that is your best source of medical help.  As to swelling on the sides of your nose, our body can ,  certainly react in unusual ways, can't it.  Here is an older question of a similar nature answered by a MedHelp doctor that I'm attaching for you to read. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Family-Health/Odd-swelling-on-side-of-nose/show/228206.  He suggests a sinus CT. Has this been offered to you or are they trying the Flonase first? Here is information on Flonase https://www.rxlist.com/flonase-drug.htm.  Is this prescribed to decreases swelling or to attend to the sinus issue contributing to the swelling?

Thank you. Yes I had a CT last year but not because of swelling. Dr just wanted one. It was fine. Yes he thinks Flonase might help with allergies. He will follow up in a month. If it doesn’t help not sure what’s next.
