why do i shake inside so bad?
hi, my name is Rhonda I have internal shaking it scares me so bad,I had a mri and I have nerve damage in my neck,it makes my arm and fingers feel numb sometimes .and my neck will hurt sometimes. About 17 months ago I was in a fender bender, the people behind us rammed into our vehicle. That is when I started having episodes with my eyes, followed by a headache. Then I started about a year ago with weakness, shakiness, and tingling in my left arm. I can't travel, because when I get tired, it is worse. Does anyone have any ideas?
Start with massage therapy. Look to see if they are a therapeutic. There are different kinds of massage. I do the therapeutic kind and think it may be helpful unless you are looking to for drugs. That is what will be prescribed by a doctor more than likely. Take your pick. Good luck.
