Is this sweat blister or something else?

Hi everyone! Thanks for the help in advance!

Male, 26, Asian, No medical history

Just got back from a one-week trip where I walked average 7 miles each day. I noticed this morning that I have those red dots / rash / blisters on the bottom of my feet. They looked kind of rise up a little and I popped some of them and there were some clear liquid coming out. Are those sweat blisters? Thank you so much! I have attached links to photos below.

Hello, they could be blisters, but I am not familiar with ones that look like that. I would see you GP to make sure they are not something else. I know that your skin appears to be very dry, that, too, can cause the issue you are having. Try putting some moisturizing cream on the area, that may help.
