I have a gnawing cramping in my upper stomach that radiates to the left side.
Have some indegestion and I do have roids. Pain is almost always there and seems
to get worse after eating but not much. Have a great deal of shortness of breath. Always coughing
and clearing my throat. 28 m 5' 7". 170 any ideas?  Thanks in advance

It could be your gallbladder but usually the pain is on the right side under your ribs. You should have tests done to see if that's the problem. You also mention a gnawing cramping and that sounds like a possible ulcer.
