Horrible stomach pains

I've lived a fine life really, I have never experienced this before until 2 years ago. I started getting horrible stomach pain. I don't mean the average 'too much food' stomach ache, I mean a stomach ache that makes me pass out, sweat like mad, and grab onto something next to me to avoid going insane. I get these pains at least 3 times a week, and they seem to get worse every time. They last for about an hour. I don't know what it is. If it helps, I have type one diabetes too, but I doubt that means anything. I've seen my doctors about it, and to be honest they haven't really done anything but blood tests. I'm not lactose intolerant and I'm not glutten free. Help?

Argh, that sounds terrible.  What kinds of tests have they done, just blood?  I would get your gall bladder checked and perhaps your colon.  If your current doctor is not trying to help you, then see a second one.  I don't think it is normal to have that kind of pain 3 times a week.  Does it happen after you eat? Before or after a bowel movement?
