Pain on right side of my nose, forehead/eyebrow pressure

21 YO Female

For about a month now I've had nose pain in my right nostril that causes forehead pain/pressure and pressure behind my eye and eyebrow. Usually, the pressure/pain stays on the right side, the side where my nose also hurts. I've looked at it and it appears the nasal turbinate is inflamed/irritated compared to the one in my left nostril. It does hurt to touch that side of my nose. I don't exactly know what is causing it, but the pressure gets worse when I go running outside.

I've used Flonase for two weeks and it was working, but now it doesn't seem to be working anymore and  the pain has started again. I just want to know if the forehead pain and pressure behind eye/eyebrow is normal and if there are any natural home remedies to relieve symptoms because I don't really want to rely on the nasal sprays, which I've heard have a rebound effect.
