I agree with other comments, best thing is to go see doctor. Any infection left untreated can only become worse. I would also recommended drinking cranberry juice and plenty other fluids, if you can I would also take ibuprofen which could help ease pain and has an anti inflammatory as well. Let me know how you get on.
Sepia and Nux Vomica are recommended by Dr. Stengler for bladder infection. However, once it gets to the kidneys, you need a doctor.
Drinking chamomile tea or dandelion tea will sometimes help at least as much as cranberry juice. But, you have to start drinking it at the beginning of a urinary tract infection. -
So sorry you are in pain. Please go see a doctor to get treated. Don't wait until the kidneys are damaged. that could be a real problem if you get to the point where you need dialysis!! :(
It sounds like a UTI/bladder infection. I would try that AZO from the store and if that does not help, I would recommend going to the DOC. Hope you feel better!
You really need to go to a doctor or urgent care. Since you now have pain in your back the infection could have moved into your kidneys. At that point only antibiotics like Cipro or Bactrum will help. I get recurrent UTIs and know the pain well. Get some AZO Standard or Maximum Strength for the pain. It is available over the counter and runs $8-$10. It will discolor your urine but the relief is amazing. But still - go to a doctor or urgent care clinic soon!!
I started taking cranberry pills and increasing my fluid intake but nothing helps.
