I have small blisters on my feet as well, usually they do not itch but as well occasionally they do. Its usually on the outside of my foot, half way between the heal and the pinky toe- where you feel the knuckle- its usually a nickel sized area and there filled with a clear liquid. but they have also spread to my hands, knees and elbows. I have been to the dermatologist and these are called stress bumps. The doctor said there isn't anything they can do and to just try and relax but I did some research.
If you go to the "supplments" area of your drug store or even some grocery stores and get some L-Lysine, Take one or two a day depending on your weight paired with some Vitamin-C and it will actually go away in a few days. Stay on that for a while and they should stay away, I haven't had any for quite some time.

I hae no idea what is causing them. my husband has them on his feet almost all of the time. I first was thinking it could be his sock or the boots he wears for ork then he started to get them o his hand. he has exema to begin with but this doesn't look anyhting like them at all. but he just puts cortisone cream on it and it helps.
I just wished he would go to the doctor and find out what they are.
if you happpen to go would you let me know
thank you and good luck
