Only a doctor can tell you that. But if it is acne, Zinc should clear it up. A maculopapular rash can be caused by taking drugs or by syphilis. If that is what you think it is, only a doctor can diagnose it and treat it. If you think that is what you have, please see a doctor before it gets any worse. So sorry you are suffering - I hope it is only acne. :(
Sorry you have acne on your back. A Zinc deficiency can cause acne. Try taking a Zinc supplement.
