Tingling In Left Arm & Other Symptoms

Hi all

I hope someone can give me advice and stop me worrying about my health, around 6months ago i woke up and my left arm was aching constantly and i felt tired and had the occasional dizzyness.  I went to my doctor and he sent me for blood work, all blood work can back fine.  I then had more symptons like my eye pupils would be different sizes, tounge would tingle, my legs felt weak and i get random pains in my head.  I went back to the doctor who sent me for more blood work and that came back fine, another 2 months went by and i still getting these symptoms so i went back to see the doctor again, he sent me for an MRI scan on my spine and my brain, i got my results back and they said everything was normal, the only thing they said was my sinuses were a bit inflamed.  Anyway after 6 months of i still dont feel right I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and my left arm is tingling and has pins & needles.. I really dont know what is wrong my eye pupils are differents sizes every morning one is bigger than the other, i still get dizziness from time to time and very tired most nights, I cant seem to do any exercise and am only 26 years old.  I had all blood work back fine, blood pressure is normal, no chest pain and MRI brain and spine is clear.  Can anyone thing of anything else that could be wrong, or is it all in my head.

Hope someone can help

Thank you

mike

Have they checked for Chiari malformation type I
Headaches, often severe, are the classic symptom of Chiari malformation. They're typically precipitated with sudden coughing, sneezing or straining. People with Chiari malformation type I can also experience:

Neck pain (running down the shoulders at times)
    Unsteady gait (problems with balance)
Poor hand coordination (fine motor skills)
Numbness and tingling of the hands and feet
    Dizziness
Difficulty swallowing (sometimes accompanied by gagging, choking and vomiting)
Vision problems (blurred or double vision)
    Slurred speech

Less often, people with Chiari malformation may experience:

Ringing or buzzing in the ears (tinnitus)
    Poor bladder control
Chest pain, in a band-like pattern around the chest
Curvature of the spine (scoliosis) related to spinal cord impairment
Abnormal breathing — specifically, sleep apnea, characterized by periods of breathing cessation during sleep

I have intracranial hypertension. Too much pressure in my spinal fluid. It can cause all kinds of crazy symptoms. There is only one foundation that is doing research. I had eye problems and tingling, weak, pains in head. I don't have the web site for the foundations but you should be able to look it up. I had many years of tests, MRI, MRV, MRI. The only test that should an answer was a lumbar puncture. Our fluid change 3 or 4 times a day, so a neg. rise in your pressure may not mean it doesn't rise. Check our the web for information to this. Doctors have welcome the information I have gotten off the foundation's webs site.
