I Need an answer

I have a small to medium sized lump under the skin on the inside of my upper thigh, the skin over it is dark kind of like a bruise but it hurts to the touch, can anybody tell me what it is? its gotten a little bigger over a small period of time.

Is your bump on your wrist or on the fleshy part of the forearm?  Ganglion cysts hang out around the wrist. But cysts, tumors (benign or not) and lypomas can be in various places .

Hi and it is hard to tell what the lump is. I would get it checked out at your doctor. Even if it is a cyst they usually aspirate it and send it to pathology to make sure that it isn't cancerous and that it is benign if it is a tumor. It could be a cyst, tumor, or lypoma. It is hard to tell.
