Tingling in hands and feet

I'm a 26 y/o male and last week I began experiencing tingling in my hands and feet for no apparent reason. Over the last couple of days it seems to have mostly subsided, but I am not sure what this could be. I am generally healthy. Work out 3-5 days a week and have a mostly good diet. I worry about something serious, (I read too much of what's on the internet) but I have not experienced any other symptoms along with this. No pain, numbness, dizziness, balance issues, and I have not felt ill. Additionally, while I have never been officially diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, I have had panic attacks in the past, including one that sent me to the ER. I only say this because I have heard people who have anxiety can experience this sensation for periods of time even when it is not associated with a panic attack. Any direction here/info from a professional is appreciated.
