I would see my PCP and maybe get a referral to rheumatologist.

Hello,
It sounds as though you most likely have an issue with the left side of your back. This will throw your body off and alter the way you walk, sit, stand etc causing pain to the areas you described, and causing your body to be uneven in appearance.   If you have never had these problems before, and do not know it's cause,  it is important to determine exactly what is causing it ie) disc issues, vertebral subluxation, scoliosis, DDD, etc. so that the proper treatment can be ordered to prevent further injury.   I recommend seeing your physician and having the necessary x-rays performed to determine the actual cause of your symptoms. I Hope This Helps.   Good Luck.

I would certainly see a chiropractor. When my vertebrae are out of alignment, my left leg is always shorter than my right, but, after I am adjusted, it is back to normal. I bet this would help your joint pain big time. Give it a try.
