Left chest pain and dizziness

I have a dull almost continuous pain on my left chest about 4 inch below my left collar bone it is been almost 3 weeks. I am also having dizziness with it. I have visited emergency twice so far for this. They have done some emergency cardio test and told me they could not find anything related to heart. For the dizziness they do not have any answer. I have also saw doctor to make sure I do not have vertigo. Now doctors are thinking that this chest pain might be related to some muscle injure. Now my question is how much time this kind of injury takes to heal even with help of ice pack and Advil. As I said 3 weeks are already gone. Or should I worry about something else.
