Tootsie Pains

I want some help on this; my little daughter, who is almost 4 yr old, every night she cries because, according to her, she feels some pain on her foots. We already have been taking her to the doctor but, they said it's normal at that age due to her growth process. But, every night at the bed time, she starts to cry until she gets sleep. We apply some cream to help soothe pains on her foots. Is it really part of the growth process or not? What else can we do to help soothe our daughter to sleep?

Hi, thank you for your time and comment. Our daughter doesn't have falt feet, so we have changed some of her shoes to see if there is any positive result and, the situation continues every night. Sometimes we have thought is a manipulation way to get attention from us, but true is not easy to tell, because we give her too much time to spent with us, playing and doing drawings and stuffs. We don't know what else to do to relief her pains at night.

do your child have flat feet it can make there feet hurt from walking in shoes all day especially if the shoes has a arch and the child's foot is naturally flat. this doesn't mean put your kid in flat shoes with no arch you want your child to have a arch to prevent them for having problems later in life just get her shoes with a slight arch.

Hi, I am now 38 yet had growing pains as a child and now my little 3 year old complains of sore legs too.  When I was little I found heat packs and a massage helped.  With my little man I rub his legs yet I gave him a special braclet that I told him helps his legs feel better and it seems to do the trick - mind over matter - interesting huh!
