Undiagnosed Symptoms

Has anybody ever heard of these symptoms that my brother-in-law has been complaining of for the past 6 months and are getting progressively worse. He is 60 yrs of age.

Symptoms: Impaired vision, mainly while mobile
Involuntary stomach disturbances followed by wretching of the throat area, which progressively gets louder and again when mobile or concentrating.
There are periods where his eyes close involuntarily so if his unaccompanied he is prone to injury.

We have been to opticians, various consultants who have re-assured us that his actual eyes are perfect but nobody can give this syndrome a title.

His lifestyle is curtailed e.g. has not driven his car for 4 months as he is a liability, he can't read a newspaper or watch tv for long periods of time.
Blood tests & x-rays have so far thrown no light on his problem.

He doesn't suffer from stress or anxiety but in time these symtoms will leave there mark.

We worry on a daily basis and would be grateful if anybody has ever come across these symptoms.

Worried :(

You only  mention he has been to eye doctor,  has he seen his doctor, ?
Could be nothing wrong with eyes, he could be having small seizures.
I would see a doctor
