Uneven Size of Muscles

I'm a college athlete (I play both varsity soccer and lacrosse) so we have lifting/running programs for the offseason. I've been lifting for a while now and I've noticed that my left pec is larger than my right. The left one is about the size I want it to be, maybe a bit smaller, but my right one really needs to grow. I'm wondering how I could fix this problem. When I do dumbbell bench presses, I feel stronger on the right side so I'm not sure why it's smaller

Are you left handed? Or do you use that side more than the other with lacrosse? usually the side that is used the most is larger. I haven't ever been able to even them out either.
