Low MCV & High RBC

Hi y'all..... I'm a soon to be 42 y/o female who is currently being tested for Sjogren's Syndrome. Slowly but surely blood work results are starting to show up on my patient portal. So far my Rheumatoid Factor is Positive and my RA Titer is 1:20 A. My SS-A & SS-B were both negative.

Today I got an email saying that more results were up on my portal. So I checked the portal and everything looks good except my MCV is low and my RBC is high (they are flagged on the portal). I don't have a follow up appointment until April 1st with my Rheumy to go over blood work results and a possible lip biopsy.

Does ANYONE have any idea as to what these blood test results MIGHT be indicating?
I would REALLY appreciate any replies!!
Thanks in advance!!
Lisa
