Vision question
In the past year I have had cataract surgery on both eyes. Since then when I first wake up I see images on the ceiling and sometimes a grid of gray dots on the bathroom white tile. The images look like large bugs (only the size of a mouse) with many legs. At times I see other animals (cat, dog, bear) if I wake up in my dark bedroom. There is a little light from the smoke detector and my husband's cpap machine. This happened frequently in the beginning and now only about 3-4 times a week. I asked my eye doctor and he just laughed!! Nothing like this has ever happened before. I don't take any mind altering drugs that I know of.... Once I get up, I am okay. Am I going crazy? I am clear thinking and have no problems solving complex problems. This really scares me.
