What else can I do?

Ok so since December I have felt horrible. Dizzy, light headed, nausea, heart palpitations, fatigue. I was seen on the ER initially and was told to follow up with a GI. I folllwed up with him and he scheduled a endoscopy. He said everything looked clear and my symptoms should subside if I change my diet. Since gay appointment I’ve completrly changed everything. I haven’t eaten red meat in 5 month, no more caffeine, and overall just a healthier way of eating. Unfortunately my symptoms only got worse. Because of the palpitations I went to see a cardiologist. I did the ekg, nuclear stress test, and echo. The dr said he thought he saw some blockage in my artery so he scheduled me for a cardiac cath. That ended up being totally clear and there was no blockage at all. Still have all the same symptoms and they seem to be worse after I eat. Any time I have an episode I go to the ER and everything comes back normal. Blood work is fine, chest X-ray is fine, ct is clear. I’d love for anyone to give me a suggestion as to what I can do here. I haven’t felt well in almost 6 months and I’m getting tired of it

That's frustrating.  So, what about Gerd?  Sounds like a simple solution/answer that you'd have already been evaluated for but thought I'd throw that out there.  H Pilori is well known to cause issues that may cause some of what you say you are experiencing. Have you tried eliminating things like gluten to see if it made a difference?  And the one that ticks people off but is truly something that can cause some of this . . . anxiety?  The good news is that you got checked over by a cardiologist and GI doc and they've not uncovered any obvious issues.  Frustrating though to still be looking for answers.
