What is this red stuff on my feet?
A few years ago I had my feet stepped on by a horse. I didn't think much of it. It hurt obviously but nothing terrible happened. A year or two ago I noticed this splotchy red stuff on my feet near where they were stepped on. They do not hurt or anything. I always forget to ask my doctor when I go in. I'm just generally curious and would like to know what it is and if I can get rid of it. Thanks!
Is it on the bottom of your foot? I get this from time to time and I have shown my doctors pictures whenever I am present in their offices and they said it could just be a circulation issue!
It could be due to a nerve or circulation issue (maybe?), stemming from the horse incident. Have your doctor take a look next time your there for a visit; otherwise if it starts to bother you, seek advice from a podiatrist ( foot specialist).
