On-going swelling possibly of axillary lymph nodes

I'm a 52 years old male in reasonable health considering that I've bicycled over 9000 miles this year on a double coast to coast bike trip. I've got some kind of mass the size of small eggs in both of my arm pits. The masses seem to be  hard and they don't move around much. The masses are not visible when I raise my arms up and they don't hurt except when I apply pressure to them. The one on the right seems to be a little bit bigger than the one on the left. I've had  these for a long time. I don't seem to have any blood loss affecting my arms. I'm a minister and I don't have medical insurance. Could these be just cysts or are my axillary lymph nodes affected and what could this mean?
