When are the flu symptoms not the flu?

I've had an on again off again fever (fluctuating from 99.8 to 102.7) with  chills and horrible body aches since Friday. I don't seem to be experiencing any cold sysmptoms.  In the past few months I've had trouble with horrible heartburn and keeping some foods down.  I've had several friends say I should have my gall bladder checked.  Could these symptoms actually have something to do with my gall bladder?

I have the same problem only my IRON is so low that i almost had to get a blood transfusion. I didn't want it...some days I feel great other day I fell BAD! I have had HIV TEST.. all the test u can think of. I am healthy. I found myself think the doc where crazy... am going to tell u trust in God! he knows what he is doing. I suggest that you do not worry about your health stressing yourself out.

Thanks for your comment.  I would very much like to agree with you, unfortunately I've never had body aches like this before - especially in my back on the right side.  I've had a kidney stone before (on the left side), but this pain is different - not moving, more localized and almost unbearable.
