accidental ingestion

My wife accidently ingested my son's seroquel 400 mg tablet thinking it was her Diovan for her high blood pressure.  What steps should I take?  Should I worry?  should she drink more water to dilute it.  Should she take one of my xanax .5 to prevent an accelarated heart rate?

I agree with the above poster, just keep watching her for any strange, new symptoms, however, if none have shown up yet, I doubt if they will.

Thanks.. She has been sleeping for 4 hours but when I wake her up she does remember her name, address and other stuff...just very slurred speech.

The seroquel with probaly just make her super drowsy and she will need to sleep it off. I would skip the xanax. Just watch her for strange behavior and notify 911 if she gets any kind of chest pains. Wishing you the best of luck!
