anxiety

can anxiety cause sweating hands and feet that are also tingling kind of like the feeling you get when your hand or foot is asleep? and minor aches. Can it be a constant thing.?? I admit i have extreme anxiety problems i think im always tense i even go to sleep tense less tense than in the day time but still kind of tense or some type of worry and i wake up kind of sad. However Last night i really tryed to calm myself before i went to sleep i was reallly anxious before going to sleep but i managed to calm myself down sort of i was the calmest i've been in like a month but i guess there was still a little worried because im never completly calm. I WOKE UP with really sweaty hands and feet and the tingling i said earlier. This was odd because i never felt my hands this sweaty. Myt thing is it might be related to anxiety but i'm not to sure. I mean if i calm myself down the sweat migh dissapear but i still feel the tingling.Another important question Can this tingling be constant?? even if im feeling less anxious than before. and can it be due to stress and anxiety?? This symptom that i developed if it was due to anxiety is it something i now have to deal with until i manage my anxiety? or did i mess up my neves ?? =[

These symptoms could be anxiety related - the tingling can occur from hyperventilation also (which you can get with anxiety even if you don't think you're hyperventilating).

However, the symptoms could also be related to something else medically, so I would suggest you check in with your doctor.  Better to be safe than sorry.

Hope you feel better soon.

I've had that feeling when I'm having an anxiety attack.  Do you have attacks often?  I recommend that you maybe see your doctor for some anti anxiety meds, they really help me.
