Hi, Is it bright red blood. If so it could be hemroids, nothing major you can get some cream for them.
Now to do with your diarrhoea, if could be IBS, medications, or allergy's.
IBS is irritable bowl syndrome. This can be brought under control by eliminating triggers. Acidic foods, gluten, sugar, spicy etc.
Medications for example metformin (diabetic/ PCOS medication) if you eat excess sugar or fatty foods you can end up with on going diarrhoea. Also with metformin you need to be eased into it. starting with half a tablet a day.
Allergies can also be intolerances. Like gluten, soya, nuts, dairy, legumes and eggs. You can check all these things your self with out having to go to a doctors. As I have noticed that you need to have insurance to go to the doctors in USA. You can check for allergies by slowly taking certain things out of your diet. Or reduce your diet to all non allergens and slowly add in different things like after 3 weeks on a non allergen diet eg no gluten, dairy, soya, etc if you have no diarrhoea you can slowly add back in different things but one at a time. Not all at once.
Go striaght to a walk in clinic or if you have FULL coverage insurance I would go striaght to the E.R. Not a good sign and tell them EXACTLY everything you are experiencing. (symptoms)
If you have abdominal pain, diarrhea and some blood in your stool, you really should see a doctor. This could be something quite serious, then again it could be something simple. How long have you had these symptoms? Is it only after eating food that you see traces of blood or is it a larger amount? How is your energy level? Are you feeling tired/ fatigued? You may be dehydrated. Get to your doctor or emergency room. They can put you on an IV to get you rehydrated while they do some labs to find out what's up. Hope this helps and best of luck.
