Yes, absolutely normal..But,What is your height and age? U are overweight to a good extent even if u r 6 feet 6 inches tall. Reduction of weight is an honest advice to you or else yr blood sugar level will increase much with age.. Try keeping yr weight in the BMI index range for yr height. See a chart on the net.
