You need to try to eat a little bite through out the day rather it be half a sandwhich or what not once you make yourself eat through out the day after a while your body will be use to getting food and will make you want to start eating I had to make myself start eating once every 4 to 5 hrs rather it be just a small handfull of peanuts or a half a sandwhich and for me it was to help me start losing weight and it worked but i still got my body use to eatinng more so i finall eat brakfast lunch and dinner. i use to only eat once a day so i know it works it may take you a while before your body gets use to eating every so often but it will make you healthier

If you're feeling constantly full or nauseated and that is interfering with your ability to eat you need to see a dr asap. Some pretty serious things can cause lack of appetite and if you are continuously unable to maintain a healthy diet your weight will get worse. Either you will become extremely underweight or your body will go into starvation mode and start storing your fat.
