A lot of the time B. hominis clears on its own. But if symptoms have continued then you can try treatment. Do you have abdominal pain and/or diarrhea or other symptoms? If so stay hydrated. I would say talk to an herbalist or integrative medicine doctor if you have one near you. But there are regular antibiotics they can treat you with such as metronidazole (Flagyl) and a few others.Whichever you take try to take the whole dose as prescribed.
