So sorry you're sick.  Please see a Dr.  It could be Mononeucleosis.  Mono can last for months.  It's a virus called the "kissing disease" because it spreads by saliva....

need to be checked by a doctor but sounds like it could be one of the many autoimmune issues lupus,hiv etc
