flu symptoms

Hi, i just wont to know if anyone has similar symptoms, im really worrried. Ive
ht eitherad flu symptoms for a week now, pain in joints, backache, hot and cold, constantly getting in the bath to warm me up( its the only time i feel ok, though i know i shouldnt) ive no appetite and feel sick, my symptoms are not getting any better. Irang the doctor 3 days ago, who basically said, its going round, take paracetomol. ive been through 2 boxes now which i dont feel happy about but if i dont take them im in agony. The latest is i got out of bed this morning to go to the toilet and wet myself, i was horrified, couldnt feel it coming out and couldnt stop it.This has made me really worried.
Any replys would be appreciated. Thankyou ( by the way im 44}

You need to go back to your Dr. and request some blood work done, something is going on. If he or she won't do it find someone who will.

good luck,

If your regular doctor won't help, then I would certainly go to the ER, you need some strong antibiotics to get rid of what ever it is you have, it could get worse if you don't get it taken care of soon.
Get better soon.
