anxiety or something else?

I have painand strain in my shoulder and chest. I feel like I worked out way to hard, but I haven't done anything its difficult to breath and I can feel my heart beating in my chest. Under my breast and onto of my ribs I don't know what's wrong. Does anyone else feel like this? Or is it just me?

I hope by now this has stopped, but, in any event, I would certainly see your doctor to rule out any majour heart issues. It may be anxiety, usually is, but, it is always best to err on the side of safety.

I am so very sorry that I am tardy to your urgent inquiry. Please let us know how you are doing.

If you haven't consulted your PCP I encourage you to do so, even if the symptoms have resolved. This could be indicative of a cardiac issue, GERD or other medical issues. It's important that you get these symptoms evaluated. Again I hope you have done just that.

I've been absent from MedHelp for sometime and have recently returned. I'll look forward to your reply, indeed I'll watch for it.

Take Care,
~Tuck
