heart pain

I am a 26yr old. I have been suffering from anxiety now for the last two years. It has become very intense. I have had ecg tests when my heart has  pumped to fast and I often get a daily fear of dying. Recently I have just had this general disocmfort in my chest area. my muscles ache and have been getting numbeness in my lower left arm and in my left foot. I am worried that this is heart related. my proble is, because of my panics no one wants to really hear it, and i am worried that this is serious, and may not get treated probably like it should. what should i do?

my heart rate has gotten up to 160/123.120bpm.. Thats the highest i recall. like last nite I woke up and my heart was pounding and just got faster and faster, got really dizzy and shaky.. may just be due to my panics, but im getting more and more worried.
