GET TO THE EMERGENCY. they have to treat u and if you tell them you may be aborting you will be seen ASAP. Any cramping worse than period cramps then you need medical attention....protect youself from all the crap that's out there and use CONDOMS friend.
Good Luck

As you haven't had a period since August and you know that you are pregnant because of the positive result, your discharge may be a threatening miscarriage.

As you are bleeding a lot, contact your doctor urgently or go to the hospital.  If you notice the bleeds get much heavier and you experience a lot of pain, it is highly likely (sorry) that the foetus will abort.  This can happen and it does not mean that you have done anything wrong.  Sometimes this is Mother Nature's way of stopping the growth of the foetus if there is something not right.

When this happened to me (I did not know that I was pregnant at that time), the bleeds started as a brown show and got heavier and heavier and as the days went by after 5 days I was bleeding a lot and in tremendous agony and joked about needing some pethidine (a strong pain killer) and shortly afterwards had the shock of my life.

It is very important that you do get medical attention, because should this happen, you will need to get medication to make sure that any remaining placenta has been discharged too.  If clots are left behind, that can be very detrimental and dangerous to your health.

In the meantime, get plenty of bed rest.  This may just be a warning and things still can settle down and you go full term with a healthy baby.

Wishing you all the best.

Do let us know how you get on.

If you are in the U.S.A. go to an emergency room at the hospital and tell them you are pregnant and bleeding they will take you in right away and check you out. They have to, it’s the law.

If expecting mother encounters darkish shaded blood during her first trimester, the possibilities are reasonable that there is no problem as it is a natural trend. This brownish, darkish blood finding is normal in first trimester and usually finishes within 2 to 3 days without any medical management. While the discharge is usually darkish, some females may encounter red or pink discharge. Generally the finding is odor free and not associated with any pain. Females suffering from darkish / brownish blood with no other adverse signs should take adequate rest.

A number of other aspects also cause the discharge finding during early maternity. If brownish blood is not implantation blood loss, it needs to be analyzed instantly. Suffering from signs like passing out, high temperature, stomach pain, pains and faintness needs immediate medical care as they may lead to some serious condition. Treatment of brownish release relies on the cause and maternity length.

It is a proven reality that one out of four expectant mothers encounters light blood loss in their first 7 days (that is also generally known as implantation blood loss and happens because fertilized egg is being inserted in the uterine lining). This brownish blood is regarded regular but in some situations it can be a indication of an isssue, so if you are suffering from a large amount of blood loss (you say your underwear is soaked), talk with a doctor for further course of control.

Brownish discharge during early maternity increases a lot of issues for the pregnant mother, her family and the doctor. In some cases brown blood may not be associated with any problem or troublesome issue but the discharge most likely does represents stale blood that the body expels from the female reproduction system and may also unfortunately be a warning that there is the chances of losing the unborn baby. It is always recommended to effectively rule out all the possible causes to prevent problems now and on down the road, assuming you want to go through with the pregnancy. Either way, for your own health, you need to see a doctor especially if you are in pain.

Please talk to someone you trust. If you are young, maybe you are afraid to tell your parents but please consider talking to them or another adult that you trust. Is there a teacher you can talk to? If not, maybe you can go to the emergency room at the hospital. This is not a time to worry about getting in trouble or having people be mad at you. You need to take care of the most important thing first and that is your health. Once you deal with that and are feeling normal again and you know what is going on with your body you can tackle all the other problems but now is not the time to worry about any of that. Talk to a trusted adult and seek medical attention if there is any pain. If you are very young, you definitely need to go to a doctor ASAP.
