Maybe green tea is helpful. but i am sure that these drinks (tea) are just dehydrating your body and not letting you lose fat!
but you can practice any exercise everyday such as walking for half an hour. And dont forget to increase the portion of proteins in your diet this might help you in controlling your apatite for sweet food! dont forget to take lots of fibers whenever you feel hungry take an apple or a cucumber!
others there is a medication called glucophage that decreases insulin secretion by the body which might help in controlling hunger, but it has some side effects as increasing blood pressure and for the long term may lead you to diabetes!
I would advise not drinking or taking appetite suppressants, i.e slim tea, etc. The long term effects from these medications are not known or fully understood. You may lose weight, but is it fat you have lost?
Have you discussed this problem with your physician? Have you had any labs done lately? i.e. blood sugar.
There is no "magical" way to rid yourself of fat. You must exercise to get it off and keep it off. The scale is NOT telling you how fat you are; a measuring tape or tight clothing will.
Are you eating good, balanced meals throughout the day? What are you doing for exercise and how long do you exercise?
by the way i am 148 lbs. my weight should be 125. i am 5'3. i am fine with my size its just my belly & my love handles...especially im beginning to have rolls on my back. i hate it.
