It could be your blood sugar or a panic attack. But also do you feel like you know what is going on when it happens and are aware of where you are? or Do you feel like panic and feel like you are going to die or a bad feeling? If you start to shake and blank out and don't know what happened and someone tells you that you were shaking you could have had a seizure. If this is the case then see a neurologist. They can do an exam on you and maybe do an electroencephalogram or (EEG) to confirm it. If you feel panicked and feel like bad things are going to happen or that you might die or that kind of thing and are shaking it may be a panic attack. In which case they can do biofeedback or medication or maybe even counseling.

Do you have diabetes?
If you do have too much sugar you would feel tired and sleepy.

With you having trouble sleeping and shaking all the time, this could be from stress and anxiety.  Do you have a problem that is going through your mind that you may be anxious about.  You do not need to answer that, it is just something to think about.

You may be suffering from withdrawal symptoms.  For example if you are used to drinking a lot of coffee, smoking, etc, and have recently stopped.

Don't drink caffeinated drinks in the evening, that includes fizzy drinks like cola and also cut out alcohol or reduce your consumption.  Try some herbal teas in the evening that are calming and relaxing like camomile.

Have a warm relaxing bath before going to bed with some lavender oil.  A good drink to help you sleep is warm milk; drinking chocolate.

You could also make an appointment to see your doctor who may shed more light with regard to you shaking all the time.

Hope you start to feel better soon.
