list of symptoms...not sure what's wrong

I am a 25 year old female.  For the past couple of weeks, my upper right eyelid twitches on and off and my lower left eyelid also twitches.  The right eyelid twitches more though.  my lower back has also been sore/tight for the past 3 weeks and I don't think I hurt it in any way.  i have cut my coffee intake but have switched to tea and though my job can be kind of stressful, i've never experienced any symptoms like this before.  And various parts of my body tingle and twitch too (upper leg or upper arm, cheek) and just small muscles, not like the entire leg or arm.  I am not fatigued, but I also don't feel like 100%.  I posted a couple weeks ago thinking these symptoms may be due to an STD since even my groin muscle twitches, but was told these other symptoms wouldn't be caused by an STD.  Though I am still worried I may have an STD (had protected sex last April; going to see my OBGYN in March).  Maybe these symptoms are caused by anxiety?  I have also been bloated for the past few days and right after I eat I am uncomfortable and it doesn't even take much.  Also I am getting red bumps that look like acne/bug bites on my neck which don't hurt at first but then become larger and painful with just a small whitehead and do eventually go away but after a week or so.  I do have eczema but have treated for it and these bumps don't itch so I don't think it's eczema.  I don't know if this is all caused by one thing or multiple things.  anyone have any ideas?

The vaginal itching might be a yeast infection that is untreated. See your doctor. The red bumps could be a number of things.  For instance,  it could be a reaction to the latex condom.  You might be allergic to the latex. Or maybe youre having a reaction to the detergent that you use. Or the soap that you wash yourself with.  The bumps may or may not be related to intercourse.

Yes, back soreness can be caused by poop posture,  liftng things the wrong way, and sleeping in a funny position. Get a back massage. That will do wonders for you.

Volleyball can hurt your back. Any sport can cause your back to hurt. You are whacking a ball. Of course you are causing friction to your amrsn, legs, and back. You are using muscles. They are feeling tense (or tight as you call it) and need to be massaged.

thanks for the reply.  i guess I've always been really healthy so with all these symptoms I'm a little paranoid (which probably doesn't help if they are anxiety related).  And the sex I did have was with a condom and have only ever had sex twice which I guess also is making me wonder about the possibilities of getting an STD (though I know it is still possible).  I am anxious because I did have vaginal itching that lasted no more than a day back in Oct and Dec last year but found no clusters or herpes postules just red bumps but went away when the itching was gone

I am a little overweight, 5'6 and a size 10 and sit at a desk all day and haven't been working out as much as I would like...but my weight hasn't changed that much...a few pounds here and there but I've been like that my whole life.  could the back soreness be because of sitting or poor posture or not working out?  I just haven't had it sore/tight like this for this long.  I do play volleyball twice a week but can't imagine how I could have hurt my lower back.

Thanks again.

Sounds like stress and anxiety. Twitches can get outta control.

Twitches in your groin does not indicate an STD.

You should not be having unprotected sex.
