looking for an answer

About March11 i was with my neice at a park and we jumped on the swings.My whole life i could swing on a swing set and all the sudden my mind just felt like it was hit with a keg of beer .I got completely dizzy and got off the swing and it took me a few minutes to get my bearings straight again.I also noticed i can go underwater no more ,my ears will pop and hurt real bad as they did this summer in the pool.Then a bout 4 months ago Sept11 i started having dizzy spells and my vision went screwy.A week before Christmas 11 i went to lay down and my head was spinning like crazy.I went to the er and he diagnosed me with Vestibular Neurontis.For the first couple of weeks i was real dizzy no vertigo with fullness in both ears.I was put on antivert and the dizzyness has subsided mostly but my vision has stayed like it was,halos floaties blurryness.I have had some numbness in the past in my feet with sharp stabbing pains,now its to the point where 3 toes go numb alot and my hands do to,not all the time but enough to annoy me.The dizzyness like i stated has subsided but another hideous feeling has come upon me.It feels like a throbbing in my head and sometimes in my chest and hands.It wont go away and if it does its only foir a short period of time.It can interfere with sleep big time and i wake up out of breath and taking breaths between the throbs for  minute then goes back to regular.It is now the 10 of Jan and i am bed riddin,this tremor is really dibilitating and has stopped my life.I am lost .I ended up in the hospital on the 8th cause the tremor got so bad and he gave me atavan and  it mostly disappeared. He cannot prescribe me a drug out of ER and i gotta go see PC to get a prescription.Can anyone tell me what this is,ill list below my health condition and test performed,pleae if you have any input i would greatly appreciate it
Diabetes-metformin -500 mg 2 times daily
HBP-Lisinpril 5 mg once a day 140/80 doc wants it 130/70 cause im a diabetic
Cholesterol-Sevastatin 20 mg once a day-ldl 140 hdl 71 overall 211
Had blood work
Opthomologist MD-says nothing wrong with my eyes
Ct scan-normal
Neuro on Jan 20th-Mri will be forthcoming
Ent-Jan 22 -llok at ears for vestibular disorder-results will be forth coming

I would say this maybe a drug interaction problem so check that out with the local pharmacist they will put the drugs you are taking in the computer and check it out .
