You need to eat balanced meals each meal time. I would not over-stuff at any meal.
would it not be a good idea to have breakfast lunch and dinner that would balance your food intake
The ideal thing to do is eat 6 smaller sized meals through out the day, so like breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, late lunch, early dinner, later dinner. Something like that.
By smaller sized meals I mean like 400 calories or so, not a big meal.
well, im not a professional, but i think spreading out food intake is best. with meals, but more frequent and smaller ones.
