Not sure what happened...

A couple nights ago I was at a friends house, sitting on a bar stool. I was talking to someone that was standing beside me and he said that it looked as if i was bent over scratching my leg. He asked me if I was ok and said I looked at him and told him I was fine and then I hit the floor. I could hear what was going on around me but I couldn't move or even speak. I sat in the floor for a couple minutes and then they helped me up and to the room so I could lay down... I have never experienced anything like this at all... Please help!!

One cannot under any rational circumstances, dismiss such an incident as "nothing".

I am assuming you were not drunk, nor was slipped a "Mickey". It could very well represent a life-threatening development, such as a ruptured blood vessel in your brain. There are other less threatening possibilies, but it is up to an ER to make a differential diagnosis.

You should have gone directly to an emergency room. Not make an appointment with a doctor. Do not pass go. Do not collect two hundred dollars. I cannot, for the life of me understand why you did not do so.  Nor can I understand why anyone with one brain cell in their left toe could witness such an event, and not insist that the person who blacked out went immediately to an ER. I certainly would not consider people who witnessed this event and took no action as "friends."

Forget about dying. You could end up blind or partially paralyzed, all because you didn't go to a hospital.

You require a neurological work-up as of yesterday, preferably at a teaching hospital.

It could be many things low blood suger, anxiety (panic attack etc.), or a small seizure. You should probably see a Doctor just for safe measure. I hope you feel better.
