Your cholesterol, in my opinion, is just fine. However, your triglycerides are high and your HDL is low. Are you eating a lot of sugar? If so, cut back and also get more exercise, this should help with both. Also, add a tablespoon of Carlson Fish Oil to your diet daily, this really helps.
