Hello it is possible you could have somehow pulled a muscle in your tongue.  The tongue has a lot of different muscles in it.  I did some research and a few people had similar problems, some happened when yawning, some when screaming etc.

There was very little offered in ways of relieving the pain unfortunately, but one person said when she would lean her head back and pushed her chin upward and forward it helped relieve her pain.  All the research I did their problem did go away on it's own with resting the tongue and allowing it to heal a couple of days.  Also try applying ice under the chin for a few minutes and see if that helps at all.

Also, there is a viral infection of the tongue called "Glossitis" that causes the same pulling sensation but has sores, swollen red tongue, etc in the mouth that goes along with it.  If you don't have any sores etc.  I doubt that this is the cause but I still wanted you to be aware it existed in case you have more symptoms develop.

I Hope This Helps.  Have A Wonderful Night!

you can go to the emergancy room and ask the doctor what he can do to help or you can let it heal.
