A fainting spell.   Syncope.   Could also be caused by low blood pressure.

Do you eat enough?  It is a healthy diet?  Are you drinking diet sodas?  Aspartame poisoning is no fun.

If the symptoms bother you, please see a doctor.

Hi Bren,   It's called syncope when you feel faint.  Some people just faint for no reason - others when they see blood.

If you don't believe the small cyst on your head is an ingrown hair, see another doctor about it.

Syncope is just a symptom and can be quite harmless.   it could be that you turn your head a certain way and it cuts off the blood supply to your brain for just a second.  (I've had that).  Doctor didn't think it was important - he only made a note of it in my chart and changed the subject.  Could be what causes the numbness/tingling also.
If it causes you a lot of concern, see a neurologist.  Could just be a nerve or blood vessel that gets pinched from time to time.
