Your chiropractor belongs breaking rocks on a California chain gang.

I honestly do not accept statements such as "I can't find a healthcare provider".

That is unacceptable and absolutely untrue.

As all of the hospitals in which I have worked, not only did they treat those without insurance, they even, on ocasion (I suspect) treated space aliens.

I can assure you, as margypops has stated, there is a low cost clinic available in your area. These often have waiting lists and limited registration. You may have to go to several of them. Your symptoms suggest diabetic neuropathy at an advanced stage. An evaluation scdreening at one of the (literally) thousands of free diabetic clinics will provide you with an answer to that.

Since you can use the internet look up the Hill-Burton program, the internet site of which provides a list of hospitals in a given geographic area that will provide free health care to those without insurance.

In your area you should be able to find a low/free clinic  so put that into google I do know there are clinics as they do treat all the folks coming in from Mexico, without insurance you should be covered as they are ...Have you had a blood sugar test done as that may be a reason if your blood sugar is unstable , you can actually go to a drug store and they will do a fasting test to give you an idea of your blood sugar levels .good luck
