You may have the problems mentioned by the two previous posters.

The other possibility is a head cold, and sinus congestion in which case you will need to see a doctor for some antibiotics, or do steam inhalation, or get some nasal spray to decongest the sinuses.

If you feel you do not have any congestion, I suggest you get your eyes checked out due to eye strain.  The other reason you are getting this is from using the computer for too long.  Glaring at a screen can give you headaches and eye pains.  Make sure you get enough sleep and limit your time on the computer.

You might have a migraine headache.  They can last for days even weeks.
See your doctor for pain medication.  Meanwhile, make sure you take Calcium, CoQ10 and B vitamins.  They help me with my migraine headaches.  Also, an ice pack on the top of your head might help.
