peeling of dead skin

I've a rash on my scrotum that I acquired in this year.  Basically, the skin becomes red and itchy and eventually, after much scratching of course, the top layer of skin becomes dry, cracks and peels off, leaving reddened moist leasions that then burn and itch which is truly very much burning and irritating .My main concern was that it would remain lifelong. How do I get rid of it completely forever, so that i can do my regular work without any itch, burn or something else and live my life happily ever after. Please, please, please give me any solution to this.

It sounds like a fungus or jock itch. You can try lamisil cream on the area and it takes about a few days to start being less itcy. Continue to use it for about a week until all symptoms are gone. I would use it on both side and around the groin area. Try to keep it very dry after bathing. Keep changing your underwear frequently.
Good luck.

I'm guessing it could be psoriasis. Don't be embarrassed to go to a doctor for treatment.
