please diagnose

these days  I am  experiencing  numbness in my toes ,, fast heart beats,, weakness,, my left arm gets so weak that i can barely move it , i get sick and vomit even if I ate nothing. I am 19 years old ,, I am really sad nowadays and i have a really big problem with my mother so I am wondering if these symptoms is out of sadness.... through out my life I've always experienced fast heart beats and few chest pains but the numbness and weakness i have not experienced  at all. I will be very grateful  if u could diagnose these symptoms for me .Thank you very much :)

I see from your post you are in Egypt and I don't know what kind of medical care you have there.

I am concerned because of the one-sided arm weakness and the numbness in the toes. You need a neurological evaluation and an MRI. I would not suggest that you have a panic attack, because I see no such symptoms.

Rapid heart rate is often a symptom of simple dehydration. In hot weather this is easy to happen.

So square one is to get an appointment to get a referal to see a neurologist.

im not a doctor but it does sound like your having panic attacks due to stress. I would definately go to a doctor just to get a check up to be on the safe side. Symptoms normally of a panic attack are shortness of breath, fast heartrate, palpitations, pins and needles in face, hands and feet. Try breathing into a paper bag next time this happens and try and stay calm as hard as that may be, because the more you panic and worry when you are having an attack the worse you will become.
