red dots on face around eyes

I have small red dots, not raised, not itchy, do not blanch, on my face around my eyes. They showed up several hours after a terrible headache that led to nausea and vomitting. They are pin head small, and are seperate for the most part. Any ideas?

These are most likely burst blood vessels. It is not uncommon for this to happen after vomiting, as the pressure causes tiny blood vessels to burst. This should not be a serious issue and should go away in a day or so.
